At Edize EdTech Pvt Ltd, we aim to provide you with a high-quality learning experience. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.


1. No Refund Policy

Once payment is made for any online course or program via PhonePe or any authorized gateway, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Non-usage or incomplete access to content

  • Internet or device-related issues from the user’s side

  • Failure to achieve desired academic outcomes

  • Withdrawal after course registration

All sales are final. Please ensure you review the course details and demo content before enrolling.


2. No Return or Exchange

Edize does not offer any return or course exchange facility post-purchase. Once you are enrolled in a course, it is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged with another course.


3. Payment Gateway Terms

All payments are securely processed through PhonePe. In case of a failed transaction with a successful deduction, please contact PhonePe or your bank directly. Edize is not responsible for payment failures due to technical issues on the part of payment gateways or banks.


4. Dispute Resolution

Any concerns or clarifications regarding payments must be raised within 7 working days from the date of transaction. Email: support@edize.in.
